Share a Macro

To share a macro, go to Design -> Macros and select the macro that you want to add to a sharing group.  

NOTE:  You can only share a macro if you have "publisher" permissions.

Select the sharing group (ex: "Beta Group") where you would like to add the macro.  If you have not created a sharing group, see Create a Sharing Group.

As a safety precaution, you must first lock a macro before you can share it because you don't want to share a macro that could accidentally be modified or deleted.

Click the Lock button.  

 Select the correct sharing group (Beta Group).

To verify that a macro was added to a sharing group, go to Settings -> Sharing.  Under the Sharing Groups tab, select the sharing group (Beta Group) that contains the shared macro.  Click on the Beta Group link to see its shared components.

 Click on the Members tab to all of a sharing group's shared components.
