Assign an Elastic IP to a stopped instance

If you've already created a deployment, but forgot to associate an EIP to a particular instance or want to change current EIP, you can still change the IP settings before launching the instance. 

Inside your deployment, select the nickname of the stopped server that needs to be assigned an EIP.  At the instance's homepage, under the Info tab, click Edit and select the appropriate Elastic IP for the instance and make sure that the "Associate IP at launch" checkbox is checked.  Click Save.
