Create an SSH Key

Objective

Before you can launch your deployment, you need to create an SSH Key in the RightScale Dashboard.

NOTE: You can create an SSH Key with any type of account (Free Trial, Developer, Premium). 

Create a new SSH Key

Go to Design -> EC2 -> SSH Keys. Click New.

 

Name the key pair "production" and click Create.

 

Copy this key locally to SSH into your instance.
